Ambitious and dynamic Kelly Saynor is a fully qualified cosmetics nurse with over 10 year’s industry experience. Kelly began her medical career at Manchester University where she trained as a nurse specialising in paediatrics and then later moved into cosmetic surgery. Kelly was fascinated by how these techniques help women improve their appearance without dramatically changing the way they look. Kelly went on to train with some of the most well respected and advanced professionals in the industry including the Harley Medical group and the Royal Society of Medicine. This professional background and training has enabled Kelly to understand the importance of best practice and to appreciate that the welfare of the consumer is paramount.

Justin Saynor has a career spanning over 25 years. Ex Creative Director – his design skills, technical ability and marketing foresight have contributed to the formulation of innovative concepts that were able to support client’s brand, marketing, product, and web development goals. He inspired teams to create for big brands whilst ensuring their efforts adhered to necessary standards and delivered business results. Throughout his career his ability to exercise initiative, take advantage of opportunities in the market by planning and organising has led to the success of his companies. He now manages two successful aesthetics practices, one within a chain of well known private hospitals and the other high street based, position him perfectly as Managing Director of Medica Forte.
